NEVER USE MATERIALS MARKET (as your supplier) I have never experienced such BAD service. YES, they hook you in with competitive prices BUT THEY CANT DELIVER THE GOODS. Placed my order 24th June 2024 and still the order is not full filled 9th July. Even worse, no one within the organisation can tell me when I will receive my delivery. Clearly margin is more important than customers and its service. It should NOT be allowed for any company to pride themselves with speedy service and great customer service when they cant even deliver the goods. How can anyone be in business like these guys and get away with it. So frustrating as a customer that they simply dont care about their customer. I urge ANYBODY NOT EVER not spend any money at Materials Market. NOT impressed
What a terrible company to purchase anything from. Items came damaged. Contacted them for a return and refund, sent pictures and still waiting. Definitely wouldn't buy from again. Been in the trade 30 plus years and this is the worst customer service I have ever had. Doesn't matter how cheap something is , if the customer service is terrible then I would rather pay more.
