How do I start literally the worst company I have ever dealt with nice to talk to but full of lie after lie. Assure your delivery is coming they couldn't even get me a delivery from derby to Nottingham. I will never use this company again I have now cancelled my order. I will amend review as I only just cancelled order after giving them 6 working day to get a delivery 30miles to me either they haven't paid there bill and that's why deliveries aren't being released or they are just useless. I will update on how my refund goes. Sorry guys absolute shambles.

Easy to find materials on website. Easy to order. Good communication from seller. Updating all the way, including alternatives to materials that were not available. Surprised to see the order delivered by local builders merchant, I guess Materials Market provide the price availability and then go to somewhere near to client to deliver. No complaints. Delivery driver was on his own which I thought was a bit unfair. The order included six full size sheets of 19mm osb board which were incredibly heavy. The driver would have struggled to unload those on his own. I'd happily use materials market again should I require a delivery of timber.
