The delivery was made on time. The price of materials was 1/3 of what it would be from the actual supplier. I dont know how anyone is making money from this. A total bargain. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is becuase the delievery was split into 2, with a bag of nails in the second delivery. Odd, but it didn't turn up. I cancelled and I am waitng for a refund for that item. Will likely use again though.

Although I have not purchased materials as of yet, the level of customer service is amazing. Sam and the team always go above and beyond to help, offering sound advise for any questions I may have. You can definitely trust and rely on these guys for their extensive knowledge and expertise. I look forward to trading with you all very soon.
This is the first time I have used Materials Market. They are competitive and found them to have excellent customer service. The materials I needed were for a conservation project which had to be delivered to a premises run by a charity for the elderly. I unfortunately had to change delivery date at the last minute, customers services couldn't have been more helpful in sorting this out. Finally the delivery driver was courteous and very accommodating. I will definitely make use of their services in future.

First order through Materials Market having chanced across them online whilst researching suppliers and costing a job. Ordering was an easy process no different to directly ordering through other suppliers. Online contact was superb and Daniel answered my questions promptly. Order came on time and was delivered complete with exactly what I ordered. Pricing was very competitive and saved me having to ring around looking for deals. Overall an excellent experience - would not hesitate to order through MM again with confidence.
Had a few orders from these guys this year, and they failed to deliver one of them on time which was very frustrating, but they have done well the last couple of times so I'm glad they're improving.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered some PIR insulation board from B&Q and Materials Market supplied them on B&Qs behalf. When the order arrived it was not what I ordered and when I googled the product I found them for £70 less than what I paid. Materials Market were very rude and said they emailed me when I made the order with B&Q saying their policy is the provide either the item I ordered or a similar product - I RECEIVED NO SUCH EMAIL! I then asked how long it would take to get a refund and he responded “I don’t know, I won’t know for a couple of days”. Terrible service! Avoid at all costs
Unless you want 1 bulk bag of SAND. waste of time 2 non deliveries, customer service shocking, always (we'll get back to you) but never do. Took money but won't refund me!!! been 8days trying to get the money back for items not delivered. WORST COMPANY, BETTER SERVICE AT A MORGE

Different packages can all go on same order Materials Market will do the hard work of splitting order, contacting relevant suppliers and making sure you will receive your delivery within given dates for you. Team behind is very proactive, and respond mostly in couple hours. Clear prices, delivery thresholds and rates. Placed couple orders so far and very impressed with how smooth sail it is.
The concept that Materials Market has brought to the table is brilliant. All aspects of building materials under one roof at the best prices.
They don’t have stock or contact you regarding this. They simply cancel any order that can’t be filled. You can select a delivery date but that’s just a guide for whatever company picks up your order. Go direct to local builder merchants and save hassle. This is the second review as they complained about the last one and had it removed.
We've always had great service from Materials Market. Tina is especially helpful and has worked with us to source materials which are competitively priced, and delivered promptly.
Was worried by the mixed reviews but they smashed it! Perfect delivery speedy and in a very good spot (not careless like I feared). Super cheap but no complaints on quality. Would order again
