Ordered on the website to be contacted less than 24 hours later with the company suggesting an alternative product, which does not meet the specifications advertised and cannot fulfill my needs. They deceptively took my money for an order they clearly cannot fulfil! There has been a clear misrepresentation of the capabilities of this company in taking this order. It's a really shady way to do business! I expect my money back immediately. I wish I read all of the reviews before trying to order with you!
great service ordered on line and then spoke to sales office. very helpful and price good. both deliveries arrived the same day one was UPS so trackable and the other called me on the morning of the agreed delivery date to confirm time price and delivery excellent would recommend for future wood requirements

Ordered through material market taken 2 days to confirm the order and then they called to say they couldn’t supply for the advertised cost and asked for an additional £50. This company is nothing but a scam if they cannot supply materials at the advertised cost this is mis selling and against trading standards. I will be reporting this isssue.

Horrific service. I ordered 3m of 25 lenth of decking. They took order and money than convincing me to take 3.6m of 21 length. How does it work. My project has 4 borads short now and they are asking more money and said whenever we will be in your area will provide material. Changed delivery date. Driver asked my wife help to bring decking into my garden Such a arrogant managers.
