Reliable, but communication could be improved. We've been ordering from MacFarlane Packaging for a few years now. The only thing that needs improving from our perspective is that when items are out of stock and there's going to be a delay in dispatch - let the customer know. Apart from that - all good!
Quick service good prices on product. Postage expensive.

The paperwork you’ve sent with regards to the delivery and invoicing was in unbelievable and way over the top! Please put it right as it will restrict further orders.
Boxes were as described, reasonable value for money, but not very securely packed, with several damaged in shipping - only discovered a couple of weeks after delivery. Update: Excellent customer service response gets an extra star
Part delivery missing - one e-mail and all sorted - perfect response for someone who is always busy!
Placed an order on 1st May, selected express delivery. It's now the 10th & still hasn't arrived. Customer service advised the problem is with the courier.
