We have been buying boxes from them for years and like that you can get larger than normal boxes at a good price. The only negative is that we pay extra for shipping to Scotland.

My problem was to prepare a framed giclée print for carriage in an aircraft hold. I spoke to a member of MP on the phone and though my order was clearly a small one, I was treated with politeness, helpfulness and speed. From purchase to delivery I was kept informed of progress. A genuine 5 star service from a professional company for an ancient user. And on top of that I was able to edit my comment and correct the mistakes. Brilliant! Well done

I've used Macfarlane Packaging several times now for double wall boxes to pack and send greetings cards (wholesale). Delivery is always prompt, communications excellent and the quality of the boxes is very good. I will continue to use. Highly recommended.
Reliable and excellent service.
Good service on the phone but when ordering online had difficulties with website freezing so takes a long time to order. Very frustrating, however, after phoning staff the advise to keep refreshing, now have note on file to do this which helps, but would prefer to not have to in first place.
Order stil not delivered 3 days on.was supposed to be next day delivery.
Late delivery- stayed in all day as you said it was being delivered but it wasn’t. In the end had to go to dhl depot and pick it up

Rosie was great - very quick to help when I needed a invoices relating to my statement. Always polite and friendly. Not pushy but always let's me know when there's a good deal to be had.
