What a first class company to deal with. Fantastic service. Luxewatches offered me a great px on my watch over the phone and didn't try to haggle with me over the price when I took it to the shop for them to look at. Nice service to get a free valuation of a luxury watch (for insurance purposes). I did have to chase up the valuation as it didn't arrive in the 2 day window suggested by Luxe's email and website. That said I do expect they are very busy given it's a free service. However once chased up the valuation arrived within 36 hours.
I had my watch serviced with Luxe and was so pleased with my watch when it was returned, I wear my watch everyday and hadn't realised just how dirty it was, I was amazed by how my watch looked again, as good as brand new! Well worth the money and great service from Jed.

I recently made my first purchase from Luxe Watches, and I will not hesitate to do future business with them. I dealt with a chap called Anthony, who was knowledgable, friendly, professional and who clearly has a keen interest in horology, something it's nice to see as a client for sure. When I arrived to collect the watch (having seen photos and paid a deposit) I received a warm welcome at the office, and the watch itself was exactly as described. Anthony also supplied me a couple of extra links as required to allow me to size the watch to my exact requirements. All in all a 5-star experience with a great company, offering a good selection of luxury watches that are competitively priced in the current market. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and associates.

I ordered this cleaning kit to compliment the watch that I purchased from Luxe last year. The kit does exactly what you would expect it to do. The Cleaning formula and polishing cloth make my watch look like the day I collected it. Nice product, would recommend.
They say pick your dealer very carefully, best keep with one or two. After much research I invested with Oscar. His knowledge and guidance is invaluable. This was for 2 high end investments, I love them, I’m hooked on the engineering and beauty. Believe me buy for investment, yes, but buy what you love also, they will make you smile everyday.
