Bought a Rolex Sky-Dweller in rose with choco dial and Arabic numerals. Traded my Hublot Big Bang Ice Bang (currently for sale on their website). Great price for the Rolex, mint condition unworn. Would have liked more for the Hublot but then again it was I believe a fair deal overall. I would recommend without hesitation.
Managed to source the watch I wanted quickly and at a very good price. Great with keeping in touch with you. Will be visiting again.

I only lived down south for a short spell, but my experience with the guys in store was very good. They are friendly and honest and give the best recommendation based on what the client wants as opposed to what earns them the most money. Would recommend them to anyone.

I'd been after a new Rolex Datejust for a long time and after making a few enquires at numerous watch retailers I stopped looking once I'd spoken with Nick at Luxe Watches as I realised that I wouldn't get a better service elsewhere. I placed my order which arrived at their Essex boutique within days with a massive saving on the RRP. On collecting my watch I was greeted with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff. The whole experience of buying my first luxury timepiece was absolutely faultless and I genuinely feel that any client would be treated the exact same way, regardless of the value of their purchase.

I was looking for a specific limited edition Audemars Piguet. I was recommended by a friend to have a look on luxewatches.co.uk and they had one on the site but when I contacted them someone had put a deposit down the previous day. I was gutted but I knew this watch was in high demand so I wasn't shocked. They took my details and reassured me they would do their best to get me the watch I desired. Within days I was contacted by them and informed they had the watch in store ready for viewing. We arranged a suitable time and day and I was delighted with the service I received and more importantly the watch was in a1 condition even more importantly I got it for a great price.
