Service and communication was excellent from start to finish, the watch was sent by next day signed for delivery even though the shop was shut due to Covid. The watch is in immaculate condition and I got exactly as described. I was contacted before and after delivery to see if I was happy with everything. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

I was given a guide price of how much my Rolex was worth. After I had it checked over I was offered slightly less. Not the end of the world as it was expected they need to make a profit, they were apologetic. They were up there in comparison to other buyers offering similar money. I could of got much more privately but more risk and hassle. Overall the sales team were polite and friendly, payment was made promptly. Would I recommend them again... yes, customer service was good.
