Buying this Rolex Milgauss wasn't an insignificant investment for me - when a couple of the pins fell out and the watch strap felt like it was disintegrating, I was naturally very concerned - particularly given I'd worn the watch 3 times in 2 months. Friends that had purchased Rolex watches from stores, and been on long waiting lists, told me I should be worried about where I bought the watch from. I'd done my research on Luxe Watches, and they seemed highly reputable but I was still concerned nonetheless. I called Anthony at Luxe and he suggested I, either, send the watch to them or bring it in personally but I was dubious. I'd been told to go directly to Rolex to check the authenticity of the watch. I'd never considered that this watch or its strap could be fake - that would be unthinkable. I decided to go to Luxe Watches directly and take the drive the Epping - I couldn't have been more pleased that I'd done so. It's obvious the whole look-and-feel of this store has been fine-tuned and refined over time to make it a truly luxury, exclusive and very authentic experience. The Luxe Team replaced the pins and added an additional authentic Rolex link to my watch (did so free of charge on this first occasion) and provided expert advice around the upkeep of the watch. Anthony empathised completely that these timepieces are a serious investment (*despite the fact I note that some of the watches they buy/sell are into serious 6 figures) and was thoroughly professional. Do your research on Luxe - they know their business. They're fair and hold incredible (and often rare) timepieces. If you're in the market for a high quality watch - whether you're new to watches, need guidance or an experienced buyer - these guys should be your go-to option.

Jed and the team were great. Bought a datejust from them a couple of years ago, loved the watch but sadly due to personal circumstances had to sell it recently. They were kind to enough to buy it back off me for a little less than I bought it for.
At last there is a reputable valuation business not out to charge silly money for insurance valuations!!….. really impressed how simple this service is to use online, how quick and effective the response has been….. going to try their insurance now too!
