If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. Tool didn't arrive on scheduled day, was supposed to arrive saturday, I waited and waited and waited then received a message on Mondayat 730 am stating it would be Tuesday, waste of time. I cancelled order on Monday and even although I didn't receive tool Lumberjack tools stated they will not refund until useless unreliable courier EVRI gets the tool back to depot. Why am I out of pocket for a tool thats in transit on its way home to Lumberjack that I never received, Hmmmm... I ordered from elsewhere.

I bought a 3in1 pressure washer. Delivery was prompt, and the machine performs really well. If I have any criticism, it's with the owners manual. It's very basic, and the pictures are limited. They don't make it clear about the sheer added bulk of the machine, once you've added in the hoses.. it's also pretty incomplete. For example, there's a piece that fits into the vacuum inlet/outlet. What's it for? The manual doesn't even show it! So, Lumberjack Tools; a full 10/10. Lumberjack Tools manuals? Maybe 4/10. I say that because this isn't my first Lumberjack tool.....
When the delivery company let them down, they re-sent the nail gun order pronto. Fist time using this tool but super easy and works like a charm. I recommend.
