If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. Next day delivery, used the tools on site on Friday and the impact driver is beating the other lads makitas and dewalts. Battery life seams really good. All in all quite impressed. And the price can't be beaten. Five stars
Affordable and quick postage
I purchased the BS254 Bandsaw via Amazon (with Toolsave as the distributer) and on delivery it would not start, however I called tech support and the chap I spoke to immediately guessed the problem and talked me through checking the safety switches on the doors to ensure they were activating (one wasn't), and all it took was a small tweak with some pliers to get it working. I subsequently experienced a minor alignment issue with the blade guard whereby if I set the bearings to the manufacturer recommended position with the blade in the middle position, it would slightly touch the bearings in the extreme high/low positions due to being ever so slightly misaligned to the blade (only about 0.1 - 0.2 degrees out). I was unsure if this was a defect or simply expected manufacturing tolerance for a machine of this price range, so I queried this with support and again got an immediate answer by phone. The support person I spoke to was unsure based on my description alone so requested After sharing pictures and videos to demonstrate the issue, I was offered a courier pickup to have the device checked over by technical staff (I was not charged for this). The end result was that the device was deemed within manufacturing tolerances and I was offered a refund or return of the item. I have otherwise been very impressed with the machine given the price point so I opted to have it returned and simply allow for this minor alignment issue, it is only really relevant at the extremes of the height adjustment so shouldn't be an issue, and as it is a relatively cheap machine I think it's fair to not expect professional grade manufacturing Overall I've been very impressed with the machine itself and the customer support experience, both by phone and email
Needed to get a table insert for my band saw REALLY quickly. Website said they were out of stock so I called to see when they'd be in stock. VERY helpful young lady called Sharna said she'd search for me just in case. She called less than 24hrs later and she'd got me one! Said would be 2-3 days. Then I had an email from her saying she'd done next day delivery because she knew I needed it quickly!!! Amazing service, friendly, diligent, courteous and swift! Excellent company to deal with.
