WARNING do not order any cream or lotion items if you are ordering from Spain, they will be returned by customs and you will not get a full re-fund from Lucky Vitamin . Please check if you are ordering anything from outside USA as the company does not check customs regulations on the country you are in.

This was the worst online service I’ve ever experience. They send 3 pills on glass containers without protection and two bottles were fully broken. Since I asked for fully refund or replacement of the two broken one they simply say and just refund the broken one . And give 10 usd vouchers which worth nothing, horrible experience….

Prices are really getting impossible but I review your site and what I need was reasonable. This will be my second request for family members to whom I have recommend the product.

Zamóiłem 2/20/2022 do dzisiaj (05/06/2022) nie dostałem towaru na 167,10€ . Nikt nie odpowiada z LacyVitamin.com . Nie dostałem zrotu pieniędzy. Straciłem dużo pieniędzy. Nie polecam. I ordered 2/20/2022 till today (05/06/2022) I didn't get the goods for 167.10 €. Nobody responds with LacyVitamin.com. I did not get my money back. I have lost a lot of money. I do not recommend.

I did not have the usual hassle to check out, possibly because of the Browser I use. I was happy that LV had a PlantFusion product I had previously used at a good discount because of the Holiday weekend. Thanks for NOT making it hard to order.

Well instead of having to go out of the house I found all the vitamins and etc for better prices plus a discount.

Por favor no compréis en esta tienda! es muy probable que perdáis mucho dinero: parece que lo que venden está permitido en España porque en la web no indican lo contrario (en su política pone que sí avisan cuando el producto no se puede importar) y porque pagas tasas e impuestos por adelantado, eso te hace asumir no hay problema...pero luego el producto sí es rechazado en la aduana (en mi caso unos simples probióticos) y es enviado de vuelta. Según su política internacional, el cliente es responsable de averiguar si se puede importar ó no...de locos. Te toca contactar con DHL varias veces para saber si tu pedido está de vuelta ó donde está, no te avisan de si lo han recibido ó no y además de perder el dinero que te costó el envío y el dinero de las tasas y los impuestos, también te cobran un concepto que llaman 'tasa de reposición, restocking fee': el 25% del valor de tu compra. Es decir, terminas pagando mucho por recibir nada! Jamás volveré a comprarles, voy a denunciarlo a FACUA para evitar que le ocurra a más gente en España, incluso creo que se merece una denuncia a Consumo. Nada que ver con la fiabilidad de iherb, es la única tienda online de EE.UU fiable y ética: si la aduana rechaza tu pedido, te avisan cuando lo reciben y te reembolsan el importe íntegro rápidamente...y te piden disculpas.
