This website is a scam. Please do not buy products from it. As people have noted below they have a fake dhl link. Nothing ever comes. They can't offer refunds. And they suggest dhl doesn't have insurance.

Be careful of this company. I paid for my vitamins online on 2nd July, and till today did not receive my products. When I went online to check, the product is still stuck somewhere in the US. The tracking site is also dubious.

The way I see it, they stole 200 Euros from me, as well as about 10 hours of my life in talking with their customer service. I ordered supplements to be shipped to Portugal and never got them. Customer service completely unable to help you once the order is handed off to DHL or whichever international delivery service they use for your shipment. Really, avoid this company at all costs. Use Amazon. Go to a local store. But don't shop here or you risk losing a ton of time and money.

Beware! I would have given a 0-star rating if possible. I ordered an item that was on backorder 12 days ago. LV said they were hoping to ship in 7-10 days. A few days later I saw the item was in stock, but they didn't ship my order. Happened twice more and I asked them why I could place a new order for the same item (at a higher price) but they couldn't fulfill my order. Today, when item is still in stock for new customers, I received an 'update' saying it could be up to 30 days before I receive my order. I'm never ordering with them again. Feels like a scam.

I contacted Lucky Vitamin and chatted with Tyler Ganby who, during our conversation accused me of lying and told me it was my fault I was unable to change my shipping address on their website. My order has gone to my old address and I am told since it's my fault I am out the order and my money. I will no longer order from this place.

Company is a scam. They charge you insurance for shipping and if you don’t pay it your order magically disappears and then they keep your money. Trust me. Don’t bother. Really unhelpful customer service aswell. Ordered supplements, never arrived, no help. No refund. No nothing. Just conned. Heads up. Update on the 11th August. (Still no refund or order) I have been in contact with Lucky Vitamins prior to the below response. They told me it was my fault for not insuring my shipping and to read the terms and conditions next time. So if you read this and think it’s a helpful response and debating ordering. Don’t. It isn’t. It’s just to appear that way to future customers reading these reviews. Scam company.

The first time I’m using this website, seems convenient to use and a lot of great products sold here.

1. Webpage is sluggish for reponse for clicks on items / icons. 2. It'd be a lot easier to choose if LuckyVitamin had a larger selection of items / brands.
