Prices were a bit high compared to other online health food stores. The sorting of products for Low to High did not work.

The delivery is fast, and they have so many items from vitamins, oils, fitness, skin care.

Don't waste your time with this supplier. I'll keep this short. Terrible, argumentative customer service. Refusal to honour their own polices. No refund for a lost package. They can keep my money this site as far as I can tell is no better than a scam.

I live in Spain now and I used Iherb at first but they have not delivered a couple of my orders so I switched to Lucky, I like the website, is easy to find what I need with great quality, has my fav brands, have good discounts and always delivered.

Fast and cheap

While I absolutely love their product selection, the website is horrendous. Would recommend to use other websites, you might just waste your time trying to checkout. The website ran somewhat smoothly for me after I switched to my iPad. Then, I wasted 30mins trying various payment methods. Credit cards were not an option because the city field auto-populates based on the post code entered. But their post-code database is not up to date. So I was unable to use any of my credit cards because the post code wasn't recognized. Paypal also threw errors and ended in a loop of paypal >> luckyvitamin >> paypal,... Chatted customer service who stated the issues were due to website maintenance. This doesn't add up to the obviously bad design of the billing process. Recommendation was to call the hotline, wasting more time.

Good website. Clearly marked prices and promotional deals. I googled four sigmatic protein in Canada and it took me to your site. I really appreciate the multiple image layout for each item and the ability to easily locate the ingredients for each product…fantastic! I’ve purchased from your website before. Great prices!

Website wouldn't allow 20% Off First Order Code as it had automatically applied a 10% Earthday discount which i could not delete. This left me 10% out of pocket. Also Shipping was originally quoted at $15.95, then $24.95. My goods were $180 after the 10% discount and suddenly i'm charged $229.52! NOT a good first experience at ALL!

I placed an order, but soon wanted to make a modification. There is a bit more than an hour-window when you can click cancel to cancel the order. I did that, but got a message “oops, something went wrong”. I tried to cancel repeatedly throughout the cancellation period but kept getting the same message. I also tried their virtual assistant chat box to cancel the order during that cancellation period, which asked me for the order number. After I supplied the order number, I got a reply that it cannot find my order. And it asked me try again after 15 minutes. Same story again after 15 minutes (and I tried that approach several times during the cancellation period). Tried to call them but the cancellation extension only had answering machine which gives instructions on how to cancel and it then hangs up. However, when I tried to use virtual assistant later (after cancellation period), it was able find my order, but said you can’t cancel because cancellation period is over. Then I dialed their “product ordering extension”, which was promptly answered. I told them what happened, but they said they can not cancel it. They just make it impossible to cancel an order. Their response is “you can return the product for a refund” (of the product price but not shipping charges). However, this (non-refund of shipping charges) would discourage people from returning (especially international customers like me). I felt that their software is designed to make it impossible to cancel.

Very easy to use this site, the best prices I have found, and I plan to use this site when I need anything!
