Dreadful. Ordered some tea not available in the uk. Nearly 6 weeks later and it still hasn’t arrived. Lucky vitamin don’t want to know just saying not their problem. Not the 100% customer guarantee they claim on their website. Stay away from this website.

Stay away! Made an order that suposed to come 23 weeks ago and still didnt got it. Talked twice eith their costumer service - The company doesnt take any responsibilty for its orders.

I wasn’t able to set up auto ship which I wanted to do. There was no option to do it in check out. I love the ultima electrolytes and the prices are great at Lucky.

The company took FIVE DAYS from the time I submitted my order to actually ship the product I ordered. I asked what the delay was for almost a week ago and they haven't bothered to respond. The product did arrive and so I've left an extra star for that

LuckyVitamin offers a great selection of vitamins for humans & pets. I love the ease of ordering and have never had a problem with my order.

Beware of this company!! My first order never reached me in Sweden and my second order (that I had to place again because the first was never delivered but paid for) was greatly overcharged on my credit card. I have talked to customer service several times and though they have apologised and explained that they had had technical problems with the website when i placed my order they never paid my money back or replaced my missing order. They only offered me a coupon for 5 dollars off my next purchase even though my credit card was overcharged with $60. Like I would ever buy from a company that scams people and then blame it on technical problems with the website.

Do not use this company! I purchased something from them online because I couldn't find it in stores in the UK. I chose the 5-7 day delivery option they gave me, only to find out it could take over a month. They will not offer a refund because of their "international shipping policies" which were never clear in the ordering process. SHouldn't they know when something is shipping internationally and not offer a quick delivery? I will not be in the UK long enough to receive the package. Do better!

I ordered something a month ago and haven’t received it after 28 days. Every time I’m contacting support, they just say give us 72 hours. I received an email outlining your shipment is done two weeks ago, but after checking with DHL, I realised it was handed in today. Terrible experience.
