Have had to give one star (as you can not give nil star) But LPD doors do not even deserve this ! Ordered 10 doors. They arrived faulty. Rep came out and said it was a manufacturer fault and they all could be changed. Just in the process of changing them now. Went for a different door, ( 10 ) they have now arrived and not only are they covered in mould but they are several different colours on the doors. ( where have they been stored.?) I’m gutted. You would think some one would be checking what is being sent out.! ( what’s happened to quality control ) What is going on ? No one seems to care. I wouldn’t like this to happen to anyone else - l think this is a company to definitely avoid Would like to know how the previous review got his perfect doors

How delightful to have such a helpful, cheery delivery driver Credit where it’s due so hopefully this lovely man will get some recognition for his above and beyond delivery service And on time too so thanks a million 👍👍🙏 By the way this is probably our fourteenth door as finally replaced a door ruined initially by a joiner and they are amazing quality and the cheapest by far ( I did lots of research) The latest joiner cannot believe the quality for the price, defo won’t find a better door even for three times the cost Thanks Wickes 👍👍👍

Today LPD have delivered the Mexicano doors. As previous from ordering online to communicating with the delivery team, every stage was faultless.The doors look amazing and I would recommend LPD if you are thinking of replacing your doors with a quality product.

Absolutely poor service. I was shocked that no notification was given whatsoever that our delivery was going to be 3.5hours late. Our gates were wedged in between other customer doors on an angel. No care for smaller products and not strapped down to stop any damage. Driver also spoke very little English and seemed a little surprised when I said I am not signing for the gates because it said ‘sign to say that the gate were in good condition’ which they weren’t. Have taken photos and would have loved to forward this on this review but no option to do so. Also I expect more from the delivery service and customer service when paying for that service. It just seemed they tried and bunched too many orders on to save money and to make the most money possible from orders. EDIT: Steve from logistics rung me and had a chat, he managed to sort out my issue quickly and apologised for any inconvenience. They are up against things at the moment so bare with them as I know for a fact this is going to be rectified and ironed out. From the customer service I received post my delivery I ensure they will change quickly and develop a stronger relationship with their customers than they already have. Just because of the customer service I received I am changing my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star.

Ordered white pattern 10 clear glass door was delivered exactly when they said it would door was well packed to protect the glass delivery driver was excellent put the door inside our front door unwrapped and checked everything was in perfect condition thanks again.

The delivery driver was great! Polite, helpful and friendly. The door wasn't well packaged, only a very thin film which had torn and the door had got a wet patch.

Lovely driver not allowed to bring doors inside. I am elderly no hope of lifting doors myself. Would never buy from a company using this delivery company. Felt very sorry for the driver.

Awful quality, bought an external oak door, which within 12 months has cracked wide open (5mm) along the main joints. This is manufacturing fault. Supplier Vivid doors (also Vibrant Doors) have passed the buck back to LPD, saying the manufacturer have said Ronseal is not suitable and therefore it is not covered in their guarantee. Door was treated with three coats of Ronseal, having phoned LPD to check Ronseal was suitable and also having phoned Ronseal to check suitability. Not the first similar complaint on here, unsurprisingly LPD have deselected the option to share photos of what your door is likely to end up looking like! Buy cheap, buy twice - lesson learnt :)

TERRIBLE, they’ve messed me around for over a year.. let us down time and time again… seems like making doors is too hard for them… totally and completely useless. Sending what we have received back (only half of our order) other half still not arrived… left me with no bathroom door for 10 month odd… NEVER AGAIN My order was placed through buildingmaterials.co.uk who were very helpful… not like LPD who seem to me to have no clue how awful this whole experience has been

Doors delivered early,well packaged.LPD kept me updated every step of the way right up till the time of delivery. Great service

Doors were delivered a day early (after the driver contacted me first to make sure that was OK) Driver was friendly and helpful and the doors look great!

Good quality doors, I was kept upto date on the delivery and given a 2 hour window which the driver arrived within,and the doors are prefinished oak veneer which look great

Door was delivered but the guy just banged on the window rang the bell and left it on the side of the porch. I ended carrying the 40kg door into house only for the driver to come back and say heh I would have helped!!
