I was given a scheduled delivery date that I wasn't around for so emailed to reschedule - replies were prompt and it was so easy to get the delivery rescheduled. On the day, the delivery came slightly earlier than expected but again, all handled quickly and easily!

I purchased an LPD Reims room divider via doors, windows, stairs in February and they arrived at the end of may only to find that they sent the wrong doors (Lincoln) and I now have to wait another 2 months for the doors that I ordered to be in stock. The reseller have been as helpful as they can be however LPD pushed be back to reseller when i contacted them to complain. Just appalling service

AVOID this company. Terrible service and experience - never ordering again! They do not clearly state their returns policy and not very helpful. Would give minus rating if I could.

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered 12 of the “London pre-finished solid oak core doors” (5 of this range were glazed doors) in store from Wickes. The doors arrived fairly quickly and were laid flat in my garage so I was not able to inspect them before they were fitted a few days later. The doors were extremely poor quality with a very thin plastic looking oak veneer. There is VERY LITTLE real wood in them which became apparent when the fitter had to cut some of the doors to fit them into our door frames. The colours also differ on the same doors and the packaging of some doors was different which made me think they must be coming from different suppliers. Out of 12 doors only 5 were fitted as the other 7 were of such poor quality, with chips and cracks and peeling veneer, that I told my fitter to just fit the downstairs doors as we had guests arriving from abroad and there was no time to get replacement doors in time before their arrival. The fitter could only find 5 doors out of the 12 that did not have seriously noticeable faults. Even the 5 that he fitted are not acceptable and of very poor quality with glue streaks, peeling veneer, chips and rough edges. I have paid my fitter over £1000 to remove my 12 original doors and fit 5 out of the 12 doors delivered, and then replace 7 doors with the original old doors that I had planned to change! A very expensive exercise. I did not know who the supplier was when I ordered them through Wickes, otherwise I would not have ordered them if I had read all the bad reviews here. I have contacted my local Wickes store and have asked for a full refund for all the doors and compensation for the fitting costs. The store manager was not available when I visited store today, so I will have to wait for his response. Do not waste your time and money on these very expensive but cheaply made poor quality doors.
