LPD contacted me the next day with a delivery date for 4 days time. Easy to track, delivered on time, helpful driver. Fully recommend, this is the second purchase of LPD products. Delivered on time by a lovely driver who out them in the room for us. Brilliant Service

LPD should have notified us at the start of the day that there would be a delay due to the change of driver. The delivery did not leave Stoke until midday which was when we got to the building site to take delivery. We subsequently waited 8 hours until the delivery arrived. To compound this, LPD didn't notify us that the driver had had an accident and we only found our when we rang the LPD office. They had our contact number and shoukd have notified us of the delay. The driver was very pleasant and helpful when he arrived.

Absolutely shocking customer service! No sincere apology but very quick to take your money! I've ordered 4 bespoke made doors which I was told should have been delivered by the 1st week of August 2022 at the latest. No contact made to myself or the 3rd party company to explain the delays, but once I tracked them down myself they gave me some lies about shipping issues overseas.... Sorry your production issues are not my problem! Was given a date that they'll arrive to the Leeds depot by the 18th Aug 2022 to find out this was yet another lie and that they won't actually even arrive at the LPD depot in the UK until "the end of Sept". Unbelievable! I've now lost my joiner to fit the doors because of all this messing around. Nothing but a very stressful service with these cowboys, over 5 months on now and still no doors! Not sure how to reply to the response but I've purchased the doors via Next Door Doors in Middlesex. I've requested a discount on the doors due to all this delay and the fact that I've now lost my joiner and need to find a new one. Also I want the doors coming straight to my house instead of Middlesex to save on further dispatch delays and hopefully costs. Thank you LPD can you please give me a delivery date now for my doors?! This is beyond a joke now. I need to know when they are arriving in Oct so I can arrange for a fitter. Thanks, Katie

Arrived exactly at beginning of time slot. Cheerful & very helpful delivery man who put items in garage for me. Excellent!

The glazed doors are poorly made. If glass gets broken you can NOT replace glass, you will have to buy a new door. This due to way it is constructed. From the majority of reviews, do you supply doors or are you a delivery company. The 4* rating seems to be for delivery, NOT for the quality of your products.
