Terrible quality doors. We bought three matching internal doors - primed - recently. The general surface finish on all three was poor. One rattled terribly due to the centre panel being loose in the frame. LPD replaced this one with another door that was just as bad. The decorative mouldings looked like they’d been ‘bodged’ with filler. Just avoid !
I was kept well informed regarding delivery date and time and the driver was very helpful.

If I good give Zero I would. Order 2 internal doors via Wickes asked for Friday 17th delivery Am i possible. Doors were delivered and left outside in the wind and rain packaging damaged and damage to bottom of door. Told that Driver shouldn’t leave outside also nobody signed for the goods which was left at front of property

Had to return 2 Shaker style oak doors, with obscured glass. The 3rd one was okay but still has small imperfections in 2 of the glass panels. Also the joints obviously splintered during manufacture and had been filled. Not great for a door which has stained/varnished finish. An expensive door which should look good but spoilt by poor quality.

Having been let down locally I needed these doors fairly urgently. LPD kept me fully aware of the progress of the order by email and text. I got 24 hours warning of the delivery window, however the tracking system they use is quite exceptional. A friendly and very helpful driver helped move the doors under cover before setting off. And finally, the doors aren't too bad either! More than happy to use LPD again.
I emailed for a different time and I got a email back within 10 mins even though they couldn't do a new time I email back asking if the driver could leave behind my gate again got email back within 10 mins saying yes , I got home from work with my order in the place I ask them to leave it , Thank you 👍

Ordered two doors on web site. Easy to find what I wanted. Order confirmed on Friday and a delivery date given for next working day. Delivery company confirmed date and est date with a tracking site. Doors delivered within est time by a freindly driver.
