Ordered 5 new doors from LPD Doors all of which arrived in excellent condition. Absolutely brilliant to deal with from ordering to scheduling delivery. Graham delivered my doors within the time slot that was arranged. Graham was both professional, friendly and gave some great advise when I asked him questions. LPD have been a great company to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Purchased 2 internal bi-fold doors on line via Wickes. No issues with delivery which was prompt. On opening one of the doors, there was damage on the internal panel. The damage appeared to be caused during manufacture and not transit. I spent the next 4 weeks dealing with poor customer service and communication trying to return the purchases. Initially I was wrongly told I was outside returns policy of 30 days, which was incorrect. So more phone calls to challenge this and get it sorted. Eventually managed to return both items but was only refunded for 1 item. More phone calls to get this rectified!! Eventually received the correct refund but not before they had deducted monies to collect the doors!! Due to poor quality control of product and poor customer service I would not use this company again.

Communication is poor. Customer service is non existent and you will not recieve your order on time. I wont recommend to purchase from this company. I am still awaiting for my delivery. I have doors to return as well but i have no communication at all. If you have to return the items, it is a hassle!

I needed a replacement door asap. All other companies had a lead time of 5-7 working days 😳. I ordered on Monday morning from Deal4doors, followed up with a phone call, Deal4doors returned my call and expedited the delivery 😁👍. Door arrived 2 days later, after they called me twice to keep me in the loop re delivery 👍👍. Door was graded/seconds, I understood this as I just needed one asap😞. Door arrived in condition better than expected. Damage was aesthetic, not structural. Both the Deal4doors gentleman and lady who called and the Delivery driver were lovely and helpful 😊. Thank you LPD. I will buy again from you 👍
