Terrible service.. I have received two deliveries but they have still failed to deliver the two doors I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I have to deal with Robert Dyas customer services to sort the issues out who don’t respond to email and have long wait times on the phone.

Customer Services an absolute disgrace, I bought the Mexicano pre finished doors (double doors) for the living room, the doors looked nothing like each other once hung, totally different colour, composition and grain, very poor, looks an absolute mess. LPD customer services said nothing they could do! Total disgrace no care for quality. I would love to add the photograph to the review but can’t see how it can be done, be aware people, they just don’t care.

Efficient and prompt delivery with good communications.
Over an hour late for delivery, had to leave house and go to work. No update on timings given. Looked like driver stopped in Aldi for a good length of time according to tracker. Very poor customer service. Will see if product ok when I get home.

Door arrived sooner than I thought I’d get it Fantastic quality and a lot cheaper than other door companies I’ve used Plus free delivery which I’ve usually paid £45 pound for in the past so bonus Can’t fault this company
