The door looks very good from a distance close not so good. The glass hasn't been cleaned before fitting, took me longer to clean the glass than hanging the door. What happens if you break the glass it's sandwiched in, so you obviously have to buy another door? Crazy. One good point delivery was very good.

From placing our order via WICKES to be delivered by LPD doors I cannot compliment LPD highly enough. Their tracking system was second to none and I would suggest other companies who delivery look at the system of LPD. It visually tracked the van minute by minute which was undoubtedly an advantage for the customer. It gave a 2 hour slot from email confirmation of the dispatch of the goods.

On my order 2455707 it is provisionally arranged by a message for 19 March. Tried to agree a different date that week or the following but the LPD person seemed more focused on their delivery schedule for their firm than me the customer.
Delivery driver was very rude. We were not told in advance that we needed to be able to unload the items ourselves. The driver made me feel like it was my fault and that I lied about knowing this condition. Having gone through the emails, there is absolutely no mention of this. If you have poor communication within the business that’s your issue to fix. You should be advising customers UPON PURCHASE that this is the case and then calling on route to check.
I ordered some pre-finished French doors and I was kept up to date with delivery times. The doors are of good quality and have a lovely finish to them. Even the carpenter commented on the quality
Ordered 3 doors on-line via Wickes, 7 day delivery. Received them within 4 days and a 2 hour time slot. The driver was very helpful and cheerful. Excellent service.
