Box was half opened on arrival. Ice packs wasn't even cold to touch. Some items on the website wasn't available on the menu, however, it is only visible on the search bar. So I almost didn't shop with you.

Delivery by DPD was reliable, although there was a delay of the goods by one day due to a communication issue by the grocer. I rang up customer service and they were very helpful and my goods were delivered the next day.
