Some vegan stuff in there and it is not a bad choice at all, but calling this NON Vegetarian store s SUSTAINABLE Vegan is a huge misleading! All animals produce ARE IN SALE!

The items were packed nicely and securely and all arrived in good condition. They arrive within reasonable time (3-4 days after I placed my order). However, I was at home the whole day, but the delivery man said unable to access property. I have to request for a re-delivery to a nearby shop, just in case the samething happen.

Great Products for what i need but would benefit alot more for delivery times on placed orders speeded up.

Fast delivery, great service

Product quality is good however not happy with delivery service. I was charged £5.95 for delivery, took almost a week to receive the order, received very littlw update and had to manually go to dhl website to track the package, packaging for the fresh item was essentially just one small pack of ice so not sure why the delivery was so expensive. Delivery by DHL was pretty terrible though this is by no fault of longdan, they should consider switching courier company.

They are very professional with handing refund and package. Very well packed and great offers available. The downside is the website has bug which not updating with promo code and gifts a few times. Pretty annoying.

Delivered the right product on time with no complications

All the products was wrapped up nicely so it doesn’t get damaged but was not happy with one product as it was very short date which you have to use within the next two months which is impossible. It would be nice to offer alternative or reduce price.

All arrived perfect, although DHL were stupid enough to just dump my box on the doorstep and not even bother ringing the door bell, six hours before they said they were coming! Muppets.

Excellent! I bought frozen food and it actually was frozen when it arrived- having had previous experiences from other online supermarkets and frozen food had arrived thawed so was very happy. My vegetables were discoloured so couldn’t eat them but they refunded me immediately. Overall would highly recommend!

Terrible! Items were missing. One jar of food were expired and they put a new expire date over the old one!!! Another item was falsely advertise country of origin. Never again!
