Expensive and low quality
Quick delivery but too short time to expired date, I received 3 big box of Tofu on Tuesday then found out it expired on Thursday, I wish they gave me theTofu with longer date so it don’t get waisted
Didn't get an email with the details of my order which didn't allow me to check if they sent what I had. I think there was some missing item and another item came being a different brand that ordered... but since I have no record of both... I cannot even complain.

Always drop by their phyaical store when we go to London but this is my first time trying their online service. Very good packaging and delivery. At first I was skeptical when i saw 2-3 working day delivery as i purchased lots of frozen items. However, i was reassured upon chatting with the store that the food will arrive in perfect condition and the transit time with courier would be limited. Give them benefit of doubt and they exceed my expectation. Despatched within 24 hours of placing my order and it was delivered next day with one hour estimated time frame by DPD. When it arrives here in Leicester from London, the frozen food still is hard frozen, ice bag only slightly melts and everything looks perfect like i just bought from local stores. I will purchase more next time especially with their free delivery if ordering over £60. It would also be greater if they sell fresh balut eggs and durian... online as well (those only are available in store in specific days)
