Outstanding customer support (from Sam in their Birmingham showroom) for which I am very thankful. Being able to view their products with assistance from knowledgeable, patient staff (I had lots of questions !) was key to my purchasing here (porcelain for new veranda). Excellent range of products, with supporting technical information on-line. Always received a prompt response to e-mails, which included a number of revisions to quote in order to bring project in close to budget. The only reason not 5 star review is due to having to wait (3 weeks or thereabouts) for delivery of product and some confusion arising in the quotation process; but order did arrive, without fuss, placed on driveway by very helpful delivery person, as scheduled. To be fair, I did require some bespoke finishing (an excellent service) which will have impacted the time to delivery. Based on my experience to date, I would highly-recommend this company and would have no hesitation using them again for future projects.

Brilliant service and products from a dedicated team to deliver the best service. Had a minor issue with our latest order with marks on the smooth sandstone probably due to weather conditions in transit to the uk. We notified the team at LS and within days the area manager was on site and without any fuss another 18m2 was duly delivered the next day with each stone individually checked from their Slough distribution site. This is why we use London Stone and will continue to do so. Reliable service and good quality products

I already have an account with london stone but only ever shop online or order through Jamie. I thought I’d pop in to my local showroom and grab some samples and pictures for my customers for the local job. I feel even more comfortable using London stone after visiting thanks to one of the employees Joe, he was helpful, great advice, he definitely knows his stuff round the sandstone and porcelain. Faultless in every way.

I live on the Isle of Wight so couldn’t use the web site to order a pergola. I spoke to Gabriel Tepes and he obtained a delivery price and sorted out the order for me. He was very quick and efficient arranging the order. The pergola was delivered within a day of the date he said. The product is well packaged with polystyrene, bubble wrap and tape protecting the painted surfaces. My only gripe is that it cost over £300 to deliver it. Most large companies deliver for free to the Island.
