Great service at some levels (stone selection, cutting advice and cutting service), but terrible at levels, particularly coordination and communication). We had parts of orders not delivered together. And both part separately not pre-sales as ordered. Awful headache, loss of time and problems for our contractors. Great stone and advice but terrible delivery.

The grouting mixture was lumpy and had clearly gone off in part

I was looking for some white slabs to go around the edge of a new kitchen parapet roof. I found the perfect looking ones on London Stone website although slightly to wide. I contacted London Stone and the service was superb, they got them cut to the size needed and delivered all with ease. I’d recommend to others looking for great service.

First, it has to be said this rating is not a reflection on your staff, who were informative and helpful throughout, and perhaps your company cannot control supplies, but on successive occasions I have been let down on delivery of materials, which reflects on my relationship with my client and okay it's to be expected as I'm the point of contact BUT it it's bad for business.

Freindly helpful staff on the phone regarding delivery but it was trolleyed and not craned off in the end which was not as discussed. The delivery was successful as driver made the extra effort.

Jack and Ellie superb as usual. London Stone driver polite, friendly and bang on time. What is important is your people, technology obviously helps massively but friendly and proactive staff is key to a good customer experience.
