Great service, I needed to amend an order and this was done without any issues. Order arrived on time and well packaged
The product was good and the sales service helpful but the delivery came much earlier than agreed when I was out of the house so I couldn't check it. I actually got a message amending the delivery time a few minutes after the driver dropped it off so despite running home I missed it. One stone was cracked. I wrote to London Stone to let them know about this and the delivery issue but have not received a reply

Advice from Mark at the Brentwood showroom (now closed😢) was very helpful in determining our requirements. Converting the Quote to an Order by phone was easy. Delivery over a 6ft wall was made to look simple, but I suspect it wasn't. Loss of 1 Star as we were not advised until the day of delivery what time this would be. But the tracking facility did help.

Paving arrived and 50 per cent of stones sere damaged and unuseable was really devastating.Its cost me a days labour £450 to get the stones on pallets and then courier to return them still hasn't arrived. Traumatic experience all round and no compensation on offer.

I visited the showroom in Filton, Bristol: I didn't have a very clear idea of what I needed, but the showroom manager couldn't have been nicer - explaining the differences between the types of paving available, talking us through pricing, but also leaving us to have a wander and look at the products in our own time. We were able to take samples away with us, and order others online, which was easy to do.
