Excellent service from beginning to end and great products for our builds.

I ordered one tile as I was short and it came, but the cutting had been done wrong so the porcelain lines could be seen. I got hold of london stone, shout out to Dave Lomas.He got it all sorted so quickly, took extra care to make sure it was done right the next time, got it turned round in a week and did it for free for customer loyalty. I will absolutely be back to order my decking from London Stone after service like that 😊. Thank you

Superb service and quality

Yesterday, I took half-a-day leave from my work to visit this showroom. The customer service people, didn't appreciate a bit that someone had taken their valuable time, and travelled to see the options in person. They showed no interest in selling or marketing or cared about losing a potential customer. Upon arrival the customer service person said, just go around the place by yourself and scan the QR code to see the information or price in internet (I could have browsed internet from my house). Every time, I have to walk to the office to ask a question, the person behind the computer was so busy looking at the computer and occasionally answered the questions, without even making an eye contact. The other service person gave showed some options and locked himself in the staff room and was checking his mobile. In short I was literally walking around alone figuring out everything. I would say this place would benefit without having customer service people in that building who is not very helpful, at least won't leave a negative impact on a potential customer.

I was able to speak with at least 2 customer service staff very easily who talked me through my queries and replaced some damaged slabs after sending photographs. The delivery drivers were very pleasant and helpful.

Order was prepared in accordance with our requirements and delivered on time, which was really important to our site programme.

Pleased with the porcelain slabs ordered. Delivery was quick and the delivery guy was fantastic, putting the crate exactly where I asked and missing our trees!
