London Stone has been great, from the ordering from their website to delivery the of their Products for my new garden makeover. The quality of paving looks outstanding.

I found London Stone when my customer asked if we could "sort" the garden, when we finished the house refit. I wanted to order materials and albeit we have well over 100 trade accounts thought this would be simple. However they insisted on a business card, given we have not had to advertise for 25yrs and where working away in London this would have slowed our order. We subsequently got this sorted on our next order but not something we had come across before and cost us a large discount That said the products are great. Communication exceptional but delivery needs work. After telephone to request a delivery day and time slot 3wks prior to delivery it was frustrating to find our request could not be met and the time slot given came and went throughout the day. I would use them again because I believe there products are second to none and if you're not convinced check out their showrooms they are exquisite. The prices however are very reasonable and as mentioned the product great. I would recommend and indeed have to the many admirers of the garden project we finished.

Just too difficult to deal with, it seems that there systems correct are much more important than satisfying the customer needs I spent £40,000 on one order everything arrived ok but in future i will try and find a more customer friendly company

The delivery was a day after booked date I am disappointed in the quality of the slabs even using a wet cut diamond saw bench the slabs chipped very easily I would never buy this product again I haven’t had this problem with other slabs I have purchased in the past. In the positive side damaged slab from delivery was promptly replaced.

I have been very impressed with London Stone and the Cotswold Cottage Garden clay pavers we ordered are delightful. Our landscaper was very impressed with them and surprised that we had far less than 10% wastage.

Love the slabs, but the worst packaging makes the products damage. The return policy also doesn’t consider the customer need.

Very efficient and not long waiting for order

I am the designer on a project in Honor Oak SE London. We hit a manufacturing issue with the porcelain paving that I had specified on the project and ultimately had to opt for a natural sandstone alternative. I visited the showroom and was helped in my decision making by knowledgeable staff and appropriate sampling. The replacement stone was then speedily ordered and delivered so that the construction schedule was not delayed further than absolutely necessary. My clients, contractor and I are extremely happy with the joined up customer service and prompt resolution of our issue.
