With an order that could have been sorted in 5 mins over the phone. We had to do online then not being able to select the correct mode of transport or the collection also required we then had to phone back. This was then not actioned correctly resulting in numerous phone calls and emails wasting everyone's time. Still not 100% this has been done properly yet and delivery now due at a delayed date tomorrow morning

The company itself is excellent. Good products, good service, excellent product layouts at their showroom in Knockholt Good availability and lead in time. My only reservation was the delivery which they had outsourced. The very heavy pallets had been put onto the lorry with a fork lift but was unloaded with a ground level manual fork trolley that was not up to the job and couldn’t even put the pallets onto my driveway. They could barely get it a few feet and it was left on the pavement at 4pm for me to deal with

The stone was very good quality, but the crate they came in was very difficult to break down, very heavy, too many nails etc. Maybe have a recycling scheme set up or make a crate out of a different material.
