Fast and easy to do the test
My experience was great! Test kit was easy to use at home, directions clear, drop off easy and time between drop off and results was quick. I requested text and email updates which were on time too. The only suggestion is that the lab report that I requested just gave the results, which I already had. I would like a more detailed explanation of the results of the actual lab test. Thanks.

Very speedy delivery of results, essentially by return of post, which is amazing. While the results were relatively easy to access I could've done with a bit more explanation about the levels, what's considered high and what's considered low and what it all means. Anyway, I'm very happy with the speed and quality of the service but just that lack of extra clarity of information prevents me from giving the full five stars.
Need more lancets in kits. Three was not enough. My blood kept clotting so I had to use a sewing needle to open up the cuts in order to get enough blood. Otherwise, perfectly fine experience.
