Test kit still not arrived after 4 weeks even though I paid extra postageto get it quickly, I have emailed them 3 or 4 times without getting a reply. It could be a scam.

Overall the process was great. Took about a week to be shipped to me. Once I completed my end and gave to UPS, I had results within 2 days. I love not needing a doctor’s order to get my thyroid checked now so I can manage it on my own and a a busy mom, it’s invaluable. Sadly, some tests cannot be used in NY, which is odd. In terms of the blood draw process, it’s been 2 weeks and my ring fingers are still a little sensitive from the lancets. Small price to pay for the convenience! I’d definitely use this company again in a pinch (though as a nurse, asking what gender you identify with on the intake form has nothing to do with blood tests.. keep it medical, just saying)
