This was so easy to do myself, I sent it back to them on Thursday and had the results by Friday night! I was shocked!!

Fast delivery. Fast getting my results.

They do decent tests but they held my card details and everywhere there was 'save 30 percent using code xyz'. When I went to check out it just billed my card for the full amount and had no option to enter the code. I tried many times to contact customer support and they don't reply.

Ease of use and time to get results

Great explanation of how to take a test. I liked additional video instruction. That was very helpful! Whole process from ordering the test kit to returning was easy. Test results came back fast with a call from doctor who explained results.

The process was quick and easy. The kit came in 3 days, the blood test was easy to complete with excellent direction and results were back in two days.

Easy, convenient, less invasive way to get screened for someone with minimal risk of colon cancer.

Communication was frustrating because of the forced use of an app, rather than just a simple link to results in an e-mail. The test itself was stressful because of having to enter a specific time (poop on demand!) and also, the paper to catch the specimen was way too small to hold in place. Had to use tape to hold it to the toilet bowl, which was still ineffective. I hope to not need to repeat this procedure.

Have used numerous times in the past but this time found time from ‘being analysed by our lab’ to results posting very slow. Spoke to them after 5 days and was asked to give it two more days. Spoke to them 2 days later and still nothing. Told the agent I felt the time involved was disappointing compared to my previous experience to which I was told there was nothing she could do about that, and was there anything else she could help with. Far cheaper alternatives for the test (PSA) are available and have quicker turnaround so will use other providers in future. Now 9 days since their website shows the sample received in their labs and still no word from them or results posted so dropping my 2 star review to 1 star 12 days on from them receiving my sample and after contacting them again and being told they will look into it then come back to me (they didn’t), ordered a test from another supplier for 1/3rd of the price.

Service is great. Results came back quick.
