Testing for hypothyroidism went fine. Problem was that I was never informed that a virtual consultation and prescription is not available in my state Indiana. I now have to find someone that will use this $100 test to write me a script. Not happy!
Did everything the instructions told me to do. I used all four lancets and didn’t even get half a vile of blood. What a waste of time and money
I got their testosterone test kit, and followed the instructions exactly. I'm a diabetic, and have end stage renal disease, and I'm on dialysis, so when it comes to collecting blood I'm well versed. I got a noticed that there was returned with a collection error, and if I want to I can spend more money to try it again. There was no explanation. Just an unspecified error. I would never spend another cent for a company that won't tell you the problem was, or wouldn't let you retest it without spending money again.
