Dreadful product. Before being able to take a sample this company asks for a huge amount of personal data. They say it's necessary to give a picture of your health but it's clearly for their benefit not yours. When I had to register that my kit had arrived the website link repeatedly crashes. I am left with two kits that are useless. (You can't use them if you don't register them.) But of course there is no helpline or email supplied. So tgey have my money and I can't use their product. It feels like a scam. I'll be going elsewhere in future

OK Bad ... Instructions were not clear as to how to package the sample... ended up having to re-package everything to fit into box and UPS bag Good ... Easier to draw blood this time

Everything was great and results came in super fast like in a day's time! The only thing I would like to suggest is if you could please add hematocrit and red blood cell count on to your tests

Instructions provided were for lancets different from the lancets in the actual kit. When I requested replacements, they wouldn't send them and required an inordinate amount of follow-up information. Refused to fix their mistake without making me jump through many hoops.

I returned my test over a month ago. They said test results should be available in 2-5 business days. I still do not have results. I opened a ticket online and was told they dont cover that issue and I need to call in. I called in they said it could take up to 20 business days (which the site does not state) which it has been and still no results. My insurance covered the test so I am not looking for a refund, Im just looking to get my test processed and the results back. The company should set expectations initially rather than stating 2-5 business days when it cannot meet that date

Terrible service. Upcharges to be treated if positive with something. Have to make separate appointments. They call and tell you your results then say they can only treat you if you pay 50.00 for another appointment.

horrible still waiting for test, 2 months later. Keep getting the same run-around from their "CUstomer No-Service". No refund, no test. They dragged it out long enough, so VISA will not reverse charges.

Created account and ordered test with my email and phone number. Once I received the test I attempted to activate it but was told my phone number won't work with their system. What a giant waste of time and effort. I did get a full refund but why on earth would they let me create my account with my phone number just to not allow it to be used later. Shotty programmers. If their IT is this bad I don't think I would be trusting their medical testing.

Could never get the test started, always got error codes until it eventually expired. When I reached out I was offered a 30% off coupon

I sent my sample and their website showed they received it on February 1. Results should have been available within 2-5 business days, but now 2 weeks later the website still says the lab will process it soon. Twice I've used their contact option to ask if the sample is still usable or if I need to do it again, but I just get a canned response each time. My insurance paid for this test so I'm not looking for a refund but I don't see any way I could ask for one if I had paid for this myself.

Overly complex timewasting systems/procedures....obviously designed by young technocrats but serving an older generation that lack the skills and so called 'intuitive' responses that are second nature to those growing up in the techno world. Also the sense of being part of a information scraping exercise and forced to input information that should have accompanied the initial sample return. I will not be using the service again and will strongly advise relatives/friends to avoid engagement. That said, the humans I engaged with were extremely helpful.
