They don’t care about you customer service is horrendous. After over 10 hours on the phone with them in the past week and they still couldn’t solve the issue they created themselves I wish I could give this horrible company 0 starts. I had a biometric done and the representative before I finished my sentence cancelled the appointment that was linked to my results. He asked me to then schedule another appointment and nightmare started. I emailed and called and spoke with a supervisor that still could not link my results and kept saying for me to wait one months for the results to be sent to my employer so I could get the credit on my health benefits credit card. I asked him if he couldn’t send it and he said it was system generated but my husband go him sent the next day and if they don’t correct the mistake with liking my results to the appointment listed on the website my results are never going to be sent by the system. It’s hard to explain this to them because they are all so ignorant and couldn’t care less. I fasted woke up very early went to the lap full of sick people and spent over ten hours in the ovine trying to fix it for nothing. Please don’t trust this company no employer should use this company if they car d about their employees.

I'm very disappointed I wasn't able to do anything cause when they said I could do an online with Dr and find out was was going on it wasn't available in m state no one said anything to me the first time when I t got lost and they sent me a new test so I paid for something and got no answers

It was good, the package got lost the first time, and I couldn’t undo my digital activation, which would have been helpful as that’s when it told me I should wait until the following morning to take the sample (which I did anyways)

I had a difficult time getting my email corrected. 5 calls over a week. I finally reached Alani today and she was AMAZING! She was professional and kind. She addressed my issues and had my problemed solved during our call. She deserves a reward! Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Alani shined like a star! Thank you Alani! My first time to ever do any of these test and I had three of them to do. Everyone was really kind and helped me on the phone. Each thing I needed it all went pretty smoothly and I hope I did OK. I appreciate the help that they gave me the kindness that they showed me and also their patience with with me asking extra questions and that’s even after reading everything. Now that I’ve done it all at least once I’ll be able to take the test again and since my problems are thyroid and diabetes mostly I think I’ll be OK. Taking the test from here on out. Thank you again for all your kind help.

I had my test results quickly and accompanied by an explanatory doctor's letter. The only thing that will make me hesitant to order another test in the future is the delivery company. I wasn't told adequately about which time the delivery was due. This made me stay home for two days waiting for them.

Botched concept and mismanaged delivery. To do a finger prick for an adult blood sample is cruel and unusual punishment. For one to lose the sample, and blame the front desk and say they did not lose the sample is gaslighting 101. Take responsibility, don’t try to explain away the obvious. Horrible startup which may make Theranos look legit.

Nothing but good things to say. There was an issue with the shipping company, so I emailed let’s get checked and told them the situation. They immediately sent a new test with a different shipping company and sent it priority. Great customer service.
