The process was fast and easy. The instructions were clear. I appreciated that they provided both written instructions and a link to a video. The instructions said it could take 3 - 5 days to get the results, but I received my results the same day they received my test. I was pleased with how easy they made the entire process.

Update: the customer service rep. reached out and I am happy with the resolution. She was very professional and fair. Orig. review: I took the standard 5 test and 2 of the results were not processed due to not adequately mixed with the solution in the vials. There should be some sort of compensation or "do over" for those at no charge.

Absolutely a great experience! I had curiosity if some symptoms I have might be caused by a thyroid disorder. I've never been tested. My Mother had low thyroid, so I thought I'd get checked. The test came in a couple of days. I returned it and had a comprehensive result (negative) within another couple of days.

I have been testing with Let's Get Checked for the past 5 years. Always a great experience, fast, clinically accurate results without the delays and costs of a dedicated lab appointment. Simple to collect my sample and send it in. To keep the vial from accidentally tipping over, I place it on a small piece of 2 sided tape on the table. The vial stays upright and prevents a ruined sample.
