What an easy process to get your blood tested. No interruptions to your day with busy hectic appointments. I have had 3 test completed. I see that I need to make some changes to my diet. Without spending a fortune to see the doctor.

The test was easy to order and delivery was ok (a little longer than expected). Very easy to register and use test with clear instructions. Results were ready within a few days and a text was sent to me confirming they were ready to view. It was however a few hours before I could view the results via my account. Overall very satisfied and so much quicker than relying on the NHS!

I’ve used LGC multiple times over the past few years. This experience was the least favorable. The primary issue is relying on USPS to ship kit out. USPS has a useless tracking system and it took 9 days to receive the kit. That caused my return shipping to arrive on a Saturday. It took more than two weeks from order to results. It’s never taken that long before

Very quick, impressive

I appreciated how quickly my order was shipped, although it take long than expected to arrive. Thinking that was the fault of the USPS. Directions were thorough. Communication was excellent. I was impressed by the swift response time. I could have used more lancets. I had trouble getting enough blood with longer fingernails so I was concerned there wouldn’t be enough for the sample.

Quick results. Be in control of your own health. Know what to work on, what to change. The tests take the guessing out of the equation. I do my own work up prior to going for my yearly check ups and bloodwork. . It gives me a sense of awareness to what’s going on with me before walking into my Doctor’s office.
