It would be over two weeks before we had our boys remains returned to us, leaving us emotionally exhausted but otherwise delighted to have him home. We were dismayed to discover that our boy had been cremated only 3 days prior, according to his certificate of cremation. We were left wondering, where had our Barney been in all that time? With the coming of our darling family dogs 14th birthday, the topic of preparing for Maggie’s passing brought memories of our passed experience flooding back, and we vowed to honour her with a dignified cremation, right here in her home town of Bury. Individual Cremations - Designed to ensure the highest level of professionalism, care and dignity throughout the cremation process. Personally Returned - We aim to return your Pets ashes to you within 48 hours or same day where possible. --- Exclusively Individual Pet Cremations: - Extra Small Pets (hamsters, budgies etc.) - Small Pets (guinea pigs, rabbits etc.) - Cats - Dogs Personalised Paw Prints: Our stunning Personalised Paw Prints are taken prior to your pets cremation. We take several prints to ensure we get the perfect impression of your pet's paw. Once we've taken the print, we run it through our computer and print the paw-print out with your pets name situated below the paws. We then mount this print in one of our gorgeous white box frames for you to keep. You also receive all of the original prints we take prior to printing the final paw print. Very compassionate and friendly service. Everything was done with the utmost respect, with real empathy and sympathy shown from the 2 lads that came to take Thai away for cremation. The paw prints are absolutely amazing, as were the vials of some of Thai’s fur, a really nice keepsake to remember our pet. The candle was also lovely and everything was packaged beautifully. I can’t recommend highly enough, thank you.
Absolutely amazing service. My Beautiful Newfoundland Bear took Ill whilst I was visiting family. With a heavy heart I had Bear put to sleep after a massive stroke. Legacy pets where asked to deal with the cremation for me and the service was outstanding. I'm so so happy with how everything was done and the wonderful memories they have given me of my beloved Bear. Could not be happier with the end to this sad time. Thank you Lagacypets....
Our little diabetic Bichon Frise lost his battle with diabetes as his kidneys finally failed on Monday morning, we decided to have him cremated, I found this company on Google, they told us we didn't have to rush, so we had a few more days with him at home, we booked him in for today and took him this morning, we had his ashes back within 4 1/2 hours, John and his workers are so compassionate and sympathetic to your loss, it is a BRILLIANT SERVICE THEY PROVIDE, nothing is too much trouble, it is well worth the fee they charge, CAN NOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH, if the worst does happen and you loose your pet, Don't hesitate to give them a call YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
what an absolutely amazing service we received. Such love and care given to our boy, allowed us plenty of time to be with him before he was taken away. John was so good at letting us know what would happen and how much care they show. We have lost pets before which is totally devastating but this is such a lovely personal service. When our boy came home he came with some lovely gifts and his own memory candle, again not rushed along not made to feel like we had to hurry up. I jsut cant recommend Legacy enough .Well done John and well done team.
Absolutely wonderful service. From the person that corresponded with me to the guys that picked up my baby and brought him back home, everyone was professional, kind and friendly. This is one of the most horrible things to happen in my life and knowing they were taking care of him was very comforting.
