Great table & chairs, replacing a powder coated steel table
After receiving a free swatch sample, I ordered my garden furniture, which I am absolutely delighted with. The quality, design and colour (sandstone) are outstanding. There was some light assembly required which was very straightforward. Above all, the customer service of Lazy Susan is just exceptional, they have been responsive, professional and helpful throughout. I have been recommending Lazy Susan to neighbours and friends! I have high hopes for the durability of the furniture - I would strongly recommend a getting a waterproof cover for our British weather in any case.
Fabulous garden furniture. We have, over a period of 3 months last summer, bought 6 chairs, a bench and 2 tables. Very comfortable, completely weather-proof and look great. Excellent customer service when a chair blew over in a gale and got slightly damaged, and I enquired about touch-up paint. 100% recommend this furniture and the company. Enjoying some spring sunshine yesterday!

The table and chairs look great, we replaced a powder coated steel table which in 3 years had rusted terribly. The carrier company temporarily lost one of the 3 parts of the delivery (all the chairs) but they sent a man down the following day just with our chairs. First class service.

Great products and I am a repeat customer. I think I got a good deal and great Customer Service. I can now seat 10 when my family all together in garden with a table for 6 and 3 small coffee tables, usually for the grandchildren. I like I just leave it out all year in the garden and lighter than wood furniture when moving around in garden
The product is great , it was the issue with the delivery company that caused us problems, ie not arriving on the agreed date, so a whole day wasted.
Quality of product. When there was a previous problem the item was changed immediately. So we returned to them to buy a parasol to replace an old one. It was as good as the garden furniture we bought last year. Really easy company to deal with.
Ordered a small, low table on-line on 23 December. Received a phone call from someone at Lazy Susan to say they were out of stock and would be available mid-February. As I didn't need it until summer that was fine. I later received word that the Sandra table would be delivered on 11 February. When it arrived it was extremely well packed. Excellent service. Also, this table is now £40 more expensive so I'm glad a bought it when I did!
We ordered a set of garden furniture, cushions and a parasol on one order and a garden bench and cushion on a second order. The bench arrived within three working days and the furniture arrived within seven working days. It was all in excellent condition and easy to assemble. We are very pleased with our purchase. Table and chairs arrived on time
This is the second time i have bought Lazy Susan garden furniture. The first time was for my cottage in Derbyshire, where it has been out in all weathers for three years and is still as good as new. This time I bought a table, 8 chairs and a parasol, as well as a bench seat and coffee table. It all came very quickly and the delivery team was great, phoning to let me know when they were coming and carrying everything into my house and garden. Assembly from the flat packs was straightforward, with clear instructions and all parts well labelled. Tools are provided but I used a couple of ratchet spanners (10 & 14mm) which made tightening the bolts much quicker and easier. Customer service response was excellent: I had one bolt that had a faulty thread and LS sent a replacement as soon as I told them.
Super efficient replacement service. Response time rapid and delivery time excellent. Needed a replacement base for a chair. Within 2 days I had received the same.
The buying of the bench, table and seat pad has been a good experience, and I am delighted with the products. I’m looking forward to the better weather and being able to sit out in the garden in comfort. Thank You.

Good quality, sturdy, well made, easy assemble, good product range, arrived promptly well packaged. Reasonable price for the quality of the item, not the cheapest out there but good value. Only criticism would be the SHOP app they recommend you download to track your delivery but it doesnt, it just opens you up to spam retail mail. Delivery can be tracked through normal courier service.
