Required more feet for the garden chairs having lost over winter storage,ordered on Sunday and they were here on Tuesday,fit perfectly,excellent service great garden furniture worth paying extra for quality
We had bought April bench in March 2021 and in a recent storm one of the legs was damaged. I called The Lady Susan Customer service and they were able to send me a replacement. The bench is as good as new now. I thank Customer service for there prompt service.

Table and chairs are brilliant. Assembly was not mentioned in the buying process, important omission. A full day to assemble it all, and the tools provided are extremely poor. Inconsistent with the product. Clearly prioritising some cost savings against customer experience.
I can only describe lazy Susan as having customer services as second-to-none! I emailed to ask whether they happen to sell spare feet for the bench we’d purchased. Not only did I receive a prompt reply confirming they do, but the bench feet arrived just a couple of days later.

Delivery was great, two person delivery and they were happy to take the boxes down the garden to the patio. The cast aluminium set seems solid.
The furniture looked a lot better on the web site . To be honest it looks cheap and light weight.

Furniture arrived fast. Very nice quality, and easy to put together (no parts bent or missing!). Nice touch to supply tools needed, but we used our own more substantial ones.
