I orders a 4 chair garden set 3 years ago. I have been very impressed with the set, gets a lot of sun and harsh winter exposer and it still looks great. I have however had a couple of issues with the coating lifting, once to the seat 2 years in and again this month on one of the seat backs. Ok a little annoying, however these things do happen. The items are covered by a 3 year guarantee, therefore I made contact, and was really impressed with the way there customer service handled both occasions. A swift response and replacement of the faulty sections. No questions asked. For this reason alone, I would be more than happy to recommend this company.

The coating on one of my my patio chairs was coming off after less than 18 months, I contacted Lazy Susan, Lucas talked me through what to do next. Having sent photos of the chair & complete set to him he then organised a replacement arm for the chair which arrived within a week, free of charge.

Looks lovely but not had it long time so will have to wait and see how it weathers. Wasn't easy to assemble and definitely need two people, also instructions could have been clearer. Some screws were rough at edges and bolts wouldn't go on without some filing down hence only 4 stars given
