My Jasmine bench arrived on time as arranged. It was easy to assemble, comfortable and looks good in the garden. Being able to chat to someone on the phone before purchase was a big advantage for me. I would recommend this company .

Slow delivery with useless tracking.
Ordered new garden furniture and was delivered within 2 days. Was self assembly with very easy to follow instructions. The furniture we ordered was good quality and realistically priced. There was a screw we could not use due to thread deformation but a quick call back to their office and replacement part arrived the following morning. So in conclusion, good quality, sensible pricing matched with customer care of the highest order....what more can you ask for.

Great table and very straightforward to assemble. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t been so hard to recycle the cardboard packaging. There were staples and really strong tape that took me ages to remove. I understand that the item had to be protected in transit but I think it was a bit over the top.
Bistro set far superior than the previous large table and four hefty chairs. Already used three days running whereas former set likely only used that many times all last summer.
