Our original order did have some issues and we had to get in touch with the company to send out some replacement right arms for the garden chairs. This appeared to be a batch issue and was quickly and professionally rectified. We are now very pleased with our new garden furniture. It’s winter currently but look forward to using it when weather improves! In the meantime it’s weather proof and looks good on the patio!

Had an issue with our chairs. Chairs were replaced even though our warranty had just elapsed.
Re- Metal Garden Bench - fast delivery; good looking, comfortable bench - seats 2 people. Fair price. Would be 5* if the tolerance re- fitting was a bit better (the left and right side arms did not perfectly fit).
2 chairs fell on ground during storm last week, chipping paint off chair backs. I ordered touch up paint on website, it came the next day. Paint was easy to use with brushes in lids and the chairs look as good as new. Thank you, great product swiftly delivered

There was a problem with the way one cushion had been folded in packing resulting in creased fabric and bent cushion. However Lazy Susan were quick to rectify the matter with me by offering generous compensation. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
