From samples being sent out, to the product we ordered, and the replacement for a broken part, the company sent everything out quickly. As for the broken part, the company were very apologetic and sent out a replacement immediately. We are pleased with the garden bench now we have put it together.
Even though there was an issue with one of the chairs ordered, Lazy Susan acted quickly to put matters right.
We did not experience a single issue with the table and chairs we ordered The delivery was on time, packaging was brilliant instructions were clear, assembly took just over 3 hours for 6 chairs and a table and were are delighted with the product. There are a couple of tools supplied but I would recommend you have a phillips screwdriver and a socket set to hand

I love this garden furniture! We have a 2 seater at the bottom of the garden and a 4 seater near the house on the patio. They look great and both sets were in the sale too so even better.
