Lazy Susan's furniture is very high quality, really beautiful garden furniture. We know this because we spent many hundreds of pounds on many items of it in 2013/14. Unfortunately, now in August 2004, the coating started to break away so we chose to invest over £1,000 in replacements. We were really impressed with how quickly Lazy Susan despatched this furniture; with how well every part of the flat-packed items were protected in bubble wrap; also with the clear instructions re how to erect each item; also with how all screws, bolts, etc were vac-packed for safety. The Rose chairs, little table and Bench assembled without any difficulty. However, this was not the case with the Emily Antique Bronze Table. Unlike all of the other furniture, the legs were extremely difficult to affix. Hubby managed to force the 2 bolts per leg of 3 of the 4 legs to fit, but it was impossible to do so with leg 4. He was SO disappointed because we had family coming round for a special celebration. We phoned Lazy Susan and Valentina dealt with our issue professionally and pleasantly. Her suggested resolution did not arrive as quickly as hoped for but it did do so (skin of teeth) just in time to erect the table ready for a very special family celebration. Many thanks to Valentina for her excellent handling of this problem. We have had lovely time today with family enjoying this high quality furniture.

Excellent customer service. My parasol was a different colour to my seat cushions. When I queried this and supplied photos it turned out that the parasol hadn't been dyed properly so it was a manufacturing fault. Lazy Susan sent me a new parasol the right colour yo match my cushions and suggested I kept the other one which I was able to use elsewhere. So great result! Thank you.

Good quality product delivered as promised

Very responsive when I raised issues with product quality. However, the product quality review I made, which was less than complimentary, has not appeared on Trustpilot. That's a shame, as it gives potential customers a more rounded view of my experience.
