Spectacular service from Lazy Susan. The top cap of a parasol we ordered as part of a garden set was damaged and a replacement part couldn't be sourced - so Lazy Susan immediately sent us a complete replacement parasol free of charge. Full marks!

I contacted Lazy Susan customer services for some advice on an issue. The level of customer service experienced was excellent. Cannot recommend the company enough.
My furniture arrived really quickly and was extremely well packaged to prevent any damage in transit. It is really well made and I am so pleased with the look and style of it. I chose white metal and was hoping I'd made the right decision. I certainly did, It looks fabulous with navy and white cushions and really brightens up my garden. There were a couple of small chips on one of my items so I contacted Lazy Susan by email asking if I could have some touch up paint as I didn't want the hassle of returning the item for an exchange. They were very quick to respond and sent me a small bottle of paint within a couple of days. The only minor problem I had was with the delivery company as I didn't know my furniture was arriving when it did. I had an email from DHL saying to expect a delivery but they didn't say from whom. I presumed it was for my garden furniture so I contacted Lazy Susan Customer Service to confirm. The next day the delivery company messaged me to give me a two hour time slot but turned up and hour early so I was not at home. They left my furniture outside the front of my house in full show and even said on the delivery confirmation that I'd signed for the item. Luckily I was home about 15 minutes after the delivery so it wasn't left outside for long.
I had a problem with my chair seats and they was very quick to rectify this by sending new seats

Because of this experience we bought a small bistro set for my elderly mum for her new patio and she is delighted with it. Really good quality furniture. I had to phone the company to ask a couple of questions and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Fabulous company who I would highly recommend.
Love the furniture and recently ordered a bistro table set with two chairs. Excellent quality and easy to assemble. However, after a couple of weeks we experienced a problem with one of the bolts fixing the legs to the seat. I emailed about the problem and received a call back within a couple of hours. Two days later a replacement seat part had arrived enabling us to fix the problem.Really outstanding customer service.
