Delivery agent used-great Product -great 4seat Alice table Easy to construct-instructions straight forward and tools provided Communication and contact good and available. I phoned up to say the table construction sheet in the box only had partial print and they emailed the full instructions. Couldn’t ask for more. This is first time I can say 100% 5 stars Looking forward to furniture I can leave outside year round and not have to cover it? Thanks

This was the eleventh bench we have bought for our Church Reflective Garden, ( over an eight year period). As always delivery was very quick and quality of the bench was excellent. Assembly and installation so easy.
Ordered a table, 4 chairs with cushions. I was kept informed regarding delivery day and time. There was a slight problem assembling the table where the plastic caps covering the nut sand bolts weren't long enough to cover fully. I received the longer caps the day after my email to Lazy Susan. Can't fault their Customer Service.
It was good to be able to obtain spares for our chairs.But I wouldn't have thought we would have to replace the feet after 4 years.Not cheap. We purchased 40 to cover all the chairs we have, just in case,we have replaced 10 so far. The staff at Lazy Susan were very helpful,and quick delivery, it's a pity the quality of the original feet was poor.
Delivery on time. Disappointed I didn’t realise I had to book assembly. Hence I am waiting for my son to put the set together

Customer service and delivery is 5 star for communication and being helpfull but the product is a very disappointing .spending over a thousand pound on Charlotte table and 6 Kate chairs that cost extra per chair that looks really good. 5 chairs have paint flaking off and chips on the arms side.the helpful customer service team sent two small vials of paint to repair of which I was happy to do and they sent out two replacement chairs of which also came chipped and flaking paint this was very disappointing. I now have 1 perfect chair out of 8 .feel the company may need to look at there quality control.

The assembly instructions could be clearer with regard to leaving nuts for the base lose until you can fix it to the top.However overall good value for money and a friendly helpful team
